At Something Went Wrong, we believe making things right should be easy even when your order isn't. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original condition.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
